Artrageous 2005

A feast for the eyes and ears, Artrageous 2005 was an overwhelming success, showcasing regional talent and raising thousands of dollars for the Greater Memphis Arts Council.

REG produced this annual event, turning the venerable Mid-South Coliseum into an art happening. From the dancers and strolling performers, to the paintings lining the walls, to the mid-floor multimedia DJ show, to the main stage music, Artrageous flat-out rocked.

Over 800 people attended, the largest turnout for the event yet. Early in the evening, music fans grooved on the New Orleans funk of Charmaine Neville and her band. They tripped-out on Tribal Vibe's world beat mixed with African video imagery. And they ended their evening packing the dance floor to the high-energy 80's pop of The Venus Mission.

REG was proud to produce this event and help promote the arts throughout the Mid-South.

Tribal Vibe, a multimedia dual-DJ show with dancers, kept the party pumping from the middle of the Coliseum.

With The Venus Mission, 80's glam-rock returned to the Mid-South Coliseum.
